Queer currents was a panel discussion addressing and exploring the state of local and national queer creative culture, for which SOLIPSISSY (the November 2011 movement) was the point of departure.

The panel featured:

Christopher Cunetto: Artist an Co-Founder of Boys Be Good. Works in large scale drawing and illustration. Development Assistant, Washington Project for the Arts.
Jason Tucker: Artist and Co-Founder of Boys Be Good. Primarily film, alternative process, and mixed media photography.
Zack Rosen: Former Editor in Chief, The New Gay. Freelance writer - published in Jezebel, Huffington Post, Metro Weekly, and GOOD, and others.
Bob Connelly: Professor at American University and Manager of Research, Standards and Practices at National Geographic Channel. Background in queer documentary filmmaking.
Regie Cabico: Director of BrotherTongue. Critically acclaimed poet and spoken word artist who has won top prizes at National Poetry Slams and has been featured on two seasons of Def Poetry Jam on HBO.
Shawn Moriarty: Senior Consultant/Designer at Booz Allen Hamilton, Adjunct Design Faculty at Corcoran College of Art + Design.
